Feeling stuck or unfulfilled in your career?
Unlock your potential with our structured learning journey.
Thriving as a woman in the male-dominated design and engineering industry comes with its (un)fair share of challenges. Essential support and understanding are likely hard to come by. Barriers block promotions and leadership positions. It’s no surprise burnout feels constantly around the corner.

Our Group Mentoring Program helps women in design and engineering reconnect with their brilliance by building self awareness through design thinking. The result? Confidence, clarity, and the keys you need to build the career of your dreams.
